What do you mean by "selling real estate from the inside out?"

Every home, every client has a unique and personal story to tell -- every transaction is much more than just the bricks and mortar structure. In much the same way, Del Mar and the surrounding premiere communities have a rich and personal story to tell. Powerhouse Properties was created on the idea of bringing those two things together: Through our knowledge, personal history, and experience we help our clients buy and sell real estate based on understanding, communicating and focusing on the unique and personal hot buttons that make a house a home.

Powerhouse Properties, through our years of experience in real estate, communications and management, has developed a unique and proprietary process to help our clients understand and zero in on their unique attributes and needs. This process is built upon years of research and implementation, geared toward helping our clients understand the most powerful drivers to achieve their goals.

Who makes up the group?

Powerhouse Properties is headed by award-winning agent Tracy Weaver, who has lived and sold real estate in Del Mar and neighboring communities for over thirty years; John Wilcox, who grew up in Del Mar and is also a recognized expert in luxury home selling and marketing; Sean Current, a licensed agent with expertise in web-based networking and community-building; and Sandi Weaver, a licensed agent, staging and event planning specialist, and longtime area resident actively involved in many community, social and school activities and organizations. The group is interviewing and bringing on additional agents who share Powerhouse Properties' core values of exceptional personal service, knowledge and passion for the area.
